The largest and best-known ski resort, Spindleruv Mlyn, is situated in the scenic Krkonose National Park. The village is a charming ski town reminiscent of Austrian style. It is nestled in a valley and features two ski areas, Svaty Petr and Medvedin. These areas are not interconnected, being about 3 kilometers apart. A complimentary ski bus service operates between them. Svaty Petr and Medvedin are ideal for beginners and intermediate skiers. The resort offers a total of about 25 km of slopes, mainly consisting of blue and red runs. Spindleruv Mlyn is equipped with numerous snow cannons, and the ski areas are continuously being expanded. The region also offers groomed cross-country skiing trails and opportunities for excellent tobogganing.
