Trips to Kitzbuehel

Kitzbühel, often referred to as "Kitz" by regulars, is a classic ski metropolis and synonymous with skiing. The area offers everything from impressive freeride to professional ski and snowboard facilities. For those who love snowboarding, the permanent boardercross course is a must! The open terrain makes it perfect for carving.

Try the Hahnenkamm.

Kitzbühel hosts the most famous downhill race in the World Cup. The "der Streif" descent runs straight into the town and is the ultimate downhill track – steep, dangerous, and unpredictable. But for you, it's not about those split-second finishes or the 1200 meters of vertical drop; it's about having fun and feeling the thrill of skiing where the great legends have raced!

Kirchberg.

Just six kilometers from Kitzbühel lies the charming town of Kirchberg. In this area, you'll find that quintessential Austrian charm. There's a small lift in the center of the village for the youngest skiers, and several larger lifts further into the valley.

St. Johann in Tirol.

A delightful alpine village on the northern side of Kitzbüheler Horn with approximately 60 km of well-prepared slopes for skiing or snowboarding. From the village, a lift takes you to the mid-station Angeralm and then further up to 1700 meters at Harschbichl, offering a fantastic ride down. St. Johann is an independent ski area with family-friendly slopes, mostly red and blue runs. The area is not connected to Kitzbühel.

The village has plenty of restaurants and several pubs and clubs. There’s also a large swimming pool complex with an exciting water slide.
